Just Breathe

Just breathe
into the silence
into the dawn
into the moment
try not to yawn
just breathe
as frustration
and aggravation
threaten to to smother
as irritation and angst
fight one another
just breathe
loneliness and fear
emptiness and tears
as beauty creeps
with shadows deep
and life begins anew
as always and forever
and forgetting that you never
really understood in the beginning
just breathe
